Where can I walk?

You're free to stroll wherever your heart desires – whether it's through the park, around town, or anywhere else that sparks your interest!

How much should I walk each session?

So, here's the scoop: If you lace up those shoes and hit the pavement about 5 times a week for 12 weeks straight, you're looking at covering roughly 1.5 miles each time you venture out. And hey, at an average walking pace, you'll be clocking in at around 30 minutes per session. Easy peasy, right?

What if I'm new to walking regularly?

Absolutely, great news! Our challenge is a perfect fit for everyone – whether you're just starting out on your walking journey or you're a seasoned pro. So, whether you're young, old, or somewhere in between, you're more than welcome to join in on the fun!
