So, here's the scoop: If you lace up those shoes and hit the pavement about 5 times a week for 12 weeks straight, you're looking at covering roughly 1.5 miles each time you venture out. And hey, at an average walking pace, you'll be clocking in at around 30 minutes per session. Easy peasy, right?
